You need to provide the following
- Corporate IVR / Auto Secretary: (For example, “Thank you for calling AON, Kazakhstan. For English, press 1, for Kazakh press 2. … If you know your party’s extension, please dial now or wait for the operator, etc…)
- Company directory (phonebook) with each user’s name, email etc. So that we can create their individual accounts, voice mail to email.
- Customized Music on Hold (it could be MP3 or wav format)
- Cabling inside your office for each extension. All our extensions use a CAT 5 Ethernet cable
- Reliable internet connection
